At Bell Springs Winery & Brewery, we’re closed on select holiday dates. For all other days, our regular hours apply, so you’re welcome to drop by for wine, beer, food, and good times.

JANAURY HOURS - 2026

January is our reset month at Bell Springs, and we will shift to a weekend schedule so our crew can recharge and get ready for a great year. We will be open Friday through Sunday only, with the specific hours listed below. The Hill Country eases into a quieter rhythm after the holidays, and we align our hours with that natural pace, staying open on weekends for great wine, fresh beer, scrumptious food, and relaxed time with friends.
