Bell Springs has always been about more than what is in the glass. From the very beginning, we set out to create a place that feels approachable, laid back, and full of character. The property first came to life as Bell Springs Winery, followed by the addition of Bell Springs Brewing Co., giving guests the chance to enjoy both handcrafted wines and small batch beers in one welcoming spot.


Owned and operated by the Pruitt Family, our roots stretch from the Central Coast of California to the heart of Central Texas and all the way to Montana. Each place has shaped the way we think about land, craft, and hospitality, inspiring us to create a space where families, friends, and even four legged companions can relax together. Whether you are a wine enthusiast, a craft beer explorer, or someone who just loves the vibe of a great gathering place, there is a seat for you here.

Our Vision

The Bell Springs property spans 22 acres in the rolling Hill Country, and we see it as more than a destination. It is a community in the making. Our vision is to bring more makers to Bell Springs, offering space and support to startup wineries, breweries, beverage innovators, and other creative entrepreneurs who want to grow their ideas.


As we continue to develop the property, we plan to expand gathering spaces, host more events, and create hubs for community connection. GM & HEad Chef

Mike oversees the day to day operations of Bell Springs while also leading our culinary program. His approach to food brings out the best in our wines and beers, offering guests a full experience that balances casual comfort with thoughtful creativity. Mike’s leadership keeps the energy welcoming, approachable, and always guest first.

NIC COMPTON

HEAD WINEMAKER

Nic crafts the wines that define Bell Springs Winery. With a passion for experimentation and a respect for tradition, he works with grapes from Texas and beyond to create approachable wines that reflect our relaxed philosophy. His focus is on making wines that pair with good food, good company, and everyday enjoyment.

CLEM Villars

HEAD BREWER

Clem leads Bell Springs Brewing Co. with a focus on small batch beers that are inventive yet easy to enjoy. From crisp lagers to bold, creative styles, his brews are designed to welcome both seasoned craft beer fans and newcomers alike. Clem’s curiosity and attention to detail ensure there is always something new to try on tap.

Heather Girotti

Hospitality Manager

Heather ensures that every guest feels at home the moment they arrive. She oversees private events, community gatherings, and tasting experiences across the property. Her dedication to hospitality sets the tone for the relaxed, fun, and memorable experiences that make Bell Springs a destination for locals and visitors alike.
