Bell Springs primarily ships wine and, in some cases, beer, in compliance with state and federal laws.


Service Area


  • Within Texas: direct shipments under our license
  • Outside Texas: limited to states where permitted via licensed third-party compliance partners


Carriers


UPS and FedEx are used for alcohol shipments. USPS may be used for non-alcohol shipments.


Adult Signature Requirement


  • Alcohol deliveries require a recipient aged 21 or older with a valid photo ID
  • Carriers will not deliver without a signature. Failed delivery attempts may result in rescheduling fees


Processing and Shipping Times


  • Orders are processed within 48 hours
  • Shipments may be delayed to avoid weekend or extreme-temperature transit
  • Customers will be notified of weather holds when applicable


Shipping Costs


  • Standard rates apply at checkout
  • Free shipping may apply for 12 or more bottles or during special promotions


Returns and Replacements


  • We accept returns for incorrect or damaged shipments
  • Wine affected by heat damage or cork taint will be replaced
  • Non-defective returns are generally not accepted


3. Events and Private Rentals


We offer hourly rental options for indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as full property buyouts. Events may include corporate gatherings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, wedding welcome receptions, and more.


Outside catering is not permitted. All food and beverage service must be provided through Bell Springs Winery & Brewery.

Deposits may be required to secure private rentals. Cancellation policies vary by event type and will be outlined in your event contract.

Bell Springs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests assume all risk when consuming alcohol.

These policies and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If resolution cannot be achieved informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hays County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
